The pleasures of sensational food is at the core of the Seaview experience. Our kitchen blends the fusion of traditional Polynesian and contemporary European Haute cuisine. Executive Chef, Soane Fakatava, studied under Gault-Millau starred chefs in Europe, with over 25 years culinary experience.
The focus is on fresh and homemade products, with a weekly changing menu. Depending on what’s in season, sourcing the best products and greens from local growers and fishermen.
