The Seaview Lodge

In November 2006 we ...
Gudrun and Franz Strauss and our children Bianca and Marvin moved to Tonga-
We took over the Seaview Lodge and Restaurant and introduced our own german/austrian style to this prime waterfront location.

Gudrun, a well experienced hospitality manager is in charge of the operation of the Bar and Restaurant in the evening, as well as all staff related matters, including the room maids and the waitresses. Additionally she decorates and styles the house and garden.

Franz, a professional chef from Austria, has 35 years of experience and has worked in the various european top positions.

Seaview Lodge and Restaurant is located on the waterfront in close proximity to the King‘s Palace, while the city center with lively market, shops and cafes is in walking distance.
